Bryan Weber is a Senior Software Engineer at Hunted Labs. Bryan brings to his role more than a decade of experience building open source software for complex, data-driven applications. Bryan comes to Hunted Labs from Rebellion Defense where he was a staff software engineer responsible for Python services development and integration to support decision making, data analysis, and intelligence gathering. He is also a lead developer of several open source packages, most prominently the Cantera project, which is the open source library for continuum-level chemical simulations.
Previously, Bryan spent eight years teaching at the University of Connecticut before jumping into the tech industry. His diverse background includes roles at startups specializing in distributed data systems and AI/ML platforms for DoD and extensive experience supporting open source projects.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He also holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut, with a focus on fluid and thermal sciences.
